Second time we have stayed! We love waking up to the beautiful view. Great property overall.

Lovely property, very responsive staff.

This is the perfect place for a group beach getaway. The house and its location are gorgeous, spacious and relaxing. If you want to be away from the crowds but an easy drive to town this is the place. The TKCA team is amazing, super friendly and helpful. The layout allows each guest to have communal and solo time which is exactly what we wanted for our vacation. All of the recommendations TKCA gave us were wonderful from Chef Naz to the Jet Ski rental. We all had such a great time that no one wanted to go home!

This property is beautiful and located in a great location, it’s close to everything. I would stay here again.

Excellent property Listing is mostly accurate. Beds in 2 rooms may be a bit smaller than advertised. Very clean. Furnishings in common areas are a little underwhelming for the class of the villa. A car is required. Nothing is within walking distance. Outdoor space is very nice. Pool is a little small for 4 kids and adults. No actual beach. Steps go directly into the ocean. Ocean views are beautiful and the water is quite nice.

Beautiful stay Our family of 5 loved staying at Ocean Dream! From the oceanfront setting, the blue water views, the pool and outdoor areas it truly was a dream. The bedrooms were all very comfortable, and the casita was an added bonus. We used the kayaks and SUP daily. Communication before and during our stay was excellent. Short drive to Grace Bay, Long Bay and the marina. We will return!

Wow and wow! What a view. Crystal clear aqua water not photoshopped. What a house! Comfortable, spacious, serene. Every room had Oceanfront views. Nothing to barrier our views. Wonderful amenities and equipment provided for activities to kayak, paddle board, snorkle, yoga mats, etc. ocean depth was waisthigh and we walked over to a bar in the middle of the water like a mile away. Beautiful sunrise views.

One of our favorite family vacations! The property is exactly what they advertise it to be! Clean, beautiful, spacious, great location, and amazing team that works on the property. We highly recommend this property! We took our children and grand children and it was perfect! We will for sure be back and already planning a couples trip to stay on the property. Perfect in Every Way This property, the owner and the management company are the best of any I have experienced over years of renting on VBRO and ABNB. The home is beautiful, well appointed, clean, comfortable and fantastic location. The owner was on location and stopped by multiple times to ensure we had what we needed. They were lovely. And the management company was top notch. Responsive, friendly and service oriented. They took care of anything and everything including dinner reservations, issues, etc. We took advantage of a butler and housekeeper which were all worth it! What a luxury. My adult kids loved the kayaks and snorkeling right off our house…the water can be rough but it is not deep so no issue. We had a perfect week!

Let’s start off with the absolute positives. The house is beautiful, the water is even more stunning! My mom also had a very positive interaction with the owner who got her a beach umbrella for shade which was very much appreciated.We hired a chef - Jericho - who went above and beyond with his food services. Every meal was perfection.There is a bar out in the water you have to go to, so much fun!Negatives:1)There are not enough surf board equipment for multiple large groups to use communal area at same time 2) air is locked at 72 degrees, with no fans, this presented sleeping issues unfortunately.3) no option to heat the pool and it was FREEZING the entire time. Prevent us from using it at all in evening4) communication with concierge did not start off great, multiple issues with transportation of guests and lack of response from concierge required myself to actually call due to multiple left on read moments through app. This greatly improved after the phone call.

Beautiful house. The view was amazing. Loved the pool and being able to swim and kayak in the back of the house. My family and I had a wonderful time. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE Spectacular views. Good location

Terrific house in a quiet location. Casa Azul was a terrfic experience for us. Our family enojed swimming in the pool, going down to swim and snorkel in Long Bay and the ease of access to Grace Bay Beach, the grovery store and restaurants. The property manager was helpful in providing recommendations for activities and also resolving any needs that came up. One thing that has to be tried is taking a kayak or paddle board out to Captain Oaks floating Tiki Bar. It's also easily walkable during low tide.

This place is amazing. The TKCA family was welcoming and berry accommodating. I will definitely be staying here again

I don’t have words to describe how amazing this home is. It’s absolutely beautiful and the views are jaw dropping. It has direct access to the water with paddle boards and kayaks ready for use. The water is so shallow u can walk to a bar situated in the middle of the ocean. The check in process was particularly special. The host greeted us, gave us a tour of the property and made clear she was available for our needs. If I ever go back to TCI, i wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else.

I came here to celebrate my 30th birthday with 5 other friends. We stayed in the Azur villa with the pool overlooking the water. It was amazing, the amenities are well stocked (drinking water, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers, cooking tools, washer, dryer, BBQ grill) the villa is spacious and beautiful, and the service is even better. Anne and Beverly (front desk concierge) were very helpful with booking local accommodations all through texting, Jackson was super friendly and helped around the villa in regards to paddle boarding, maintenance and updates. The owners live at the villa in the back and will occasionally be around doing water activities, they had some great recommendations and tips on bars , activities and restaurants near by. Be sure to ask the front desk what discounts they provide for certain local spots and activities, the owner mentioned this which we didn’t know of.All in all, the service, cleanliness and professionalism provided by the stay was outstanding. There is enough room for privacy and quietness even if you’re blasting your speakers. This stay is a 10/10 and I highly highly highly recommend it.

This is definitely the most amazing home I've ever stayed in. The views are incredible and the home is immaculate. The concierge is there to help with anything you need and the owner's are very friendly. Don't hesitate for a second to book this home!

The house was absolutely beautiful. The concierge service was excellent. We used the butler service, which was excellent. I would suggest renting a car; it can be costly to keep taking taxis. I would definitely stay here again.

This is the place to stay in Turks the villa is AMAZING! The staff is so on top of your every need they make sure that you have a wonderful time there knowledge of the island and the service is impeccable. The view of the Ocean from every room.. My god this is HEAVEN on EARTH!!

What an amazing property!! We stayed in Ocean Dream Villa Azur and absolutely loved it!! The convenience of having the casita for our kids was great so they felt they were on their own vacation but super close to us to keep an eye on them. We are planning to come back soon with additional families to have all 3 homes to ourselves. What an incredible experience and memories made like no others. The house has everything you could imagine and completely modern with stunning views of the ocean and perfectly located on the island. We were close to jet ski pickup, catamaran pick up, down town, airport, shopping, resorts, restaurants and grocery stores. We had a massages on the covered veranda on our last day. A chef to come in cook for us along with grocery shopping before we arrived was all offered by the host and we were so impressed with the attention to detail they provided. We were met at the property at check-in and greeted with wine and champagne. We were walked around the property and everything explained along with answering our questions about the island. There was someone at the property every day while we were there just in case we needed something and a cell phone was provided for local calls and to reach them for questions or anything needed. Although there were people occupying the other 2 homes, we could not hear them and didn't feel that we needed to hinder our music or partying during our stay. It truly was an incredible time had by all of us.Thank you TKCA and Ocean Dream Villas - we will be back!!
