Villa is beautiful and looks just like the photos. Absolutely beautiful view of the ocean from the patio. Love the layout of the villa. Kayaks are available for use. There's a seating area right in front of the ocean, which is beautiful. Overall loved the villa. 10/10.

Flexible check in was appreciated. The AC was locked at 70F and it got quite hot in the bathrooms. Overall a beautiful property.

We had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to stay here again. The house itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and had stunning views that made every day feel like a vacation. The location was great, close to everything we wanted while still feeling private and relaxing.The concierge service was top-notch and truly set this property apart! They were incredibly helpful with restaurant reservations, recommendations, and anything else we needed during our stay. We were greeted upon arrival, which made check-in seamless and welcoming.The bathrooms were a little warm when we first arrived, but after we requested a fan, one was delivered immediately. The responsiveness and attention to detail were impressive.Overall, the combination of the amazing home, breathtaking views, outstanding service, and excellent location made this an exceptional experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return.

The villa was beautiful and really peaceful being away from Grace Bay. We visited Captain Oaks bar out in front of the villa which was super fun. Water sport equipment could have been better but it didn’t stop us enjoying the villa and the surrounding area. Highly recommend!

Amazing place. The villa has everything you need. We utilized the provided beach chairs and coolers daily. The management company is very responsive and helped us with everything we need. Villa Blue will be the only place we stay while visiting Turks and Caicos!

We recently stayed at this villa in Turks and Caicos and overall had a good experience, but there are a few things future guests should be aware of.The pros:The location is absolutely beautiful and very peaceful. The outdoor setup is stunning, the views are phenomenal, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The AC worked extremely well throughout the villa, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The property is also about a 10–15 minute drive from Grace Bay, so it’s not far from restaurants, shops, and the beach.The cons:The living room furniture is outdoor furniture and is not comfortable for long sitting or lounging. The kitchen was lacking basic appliances, and there was no coffee maker available, which was disappointing. Additionally, we did not receive the villa’s address before arrival, so our driver had nowhere to take us. I had to call the listed phone number while in transit to get the address, which was very inconvenient after a long day of travel.

The washer machine permanently stained and ruined my clothes. The water in both showers did not get hot. The maintenance crew came extremely early in the morning on the day of check out in a disturbing manner almost as if they were coming to wake us up; if you guys are going to be stubborn on me having to wait until 4 to check you should at least give me the decency and respect of checking out at 11.

We had a great stay! Location is so beautiful. The wind on this side of the island makes the water difficult to enjoy since there is not a beach. But the private pool more than makes up for the lack of a beach and there are plenty of beaches just a quick drive away. House was wonderful and the view breathtaking.

Book it! We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Blue. The property was very well cared for and we felt right at home. Villa was exactly as pictured & described. Management company was accommodating with our children, under 1 & a 6 year old. The house was comfortable and we loved the layout. Kudos to the designer and decorator of the Villa. We spent many hours enjoying the pool. The sunrise on Long Bay was stunning. We highly recommend this property & plan to be back!

We loved our stay in Turks. For sure we will visit again! We had everything we needed and the house is in a great location. We rented a car and everything is within drivable distance. I also loved that the house was beachfront. We had access to kayaks and paddle boards. You can also wave down a water taxi or swim to a bar in the middle of the ocean. The house was beautiful and has everything you need to feel at home.

Great space great location. About a 10 minute drive to Grace Bay. The water in front of the property is amazing as well. Waist deep water as far out as about a half of a mile.

Wonderful oceanfront property We had a great stay, thoroughly enjoyed the quiet location and water access. Beautiful house! It would have been nice to have a half-bath in the main house for general use. Additionally it rained for two days and because of the holes in the outdoor patio everything was soaked, made it hard to be outside in dry location, maybe transition holes to skylights? Overall, great stay!

Pictures do no justice!! Absolutely stunning views and home!!! Super clean!! I would only want to stay here if I return. Bring water shoes you can just right in the ocean and walk far out to the tiki bar in the middle of the ocean or kayak!!! Best view on the island! The interior and exterior design was amazing! Floor to ceiling glass windows everywhere in love!

Amazing house, perfect for relaxing vacation We spent most of our time on the Island at the house, enjoying the view and soaking up the sun by the pool.

Beautiful property, dont use concierge service The property is very nice, well maintained, and spacious. Services through concierge, although confirmed, were unreliable. Would highly recommend booking yourself to have the comfort of knowing it's confirmed.

We had the pleasure if staying at the Ocean villa for 5 nights. It exceeded all expectations and we will definitely be coming back to this beautiful place! It’s even more stunning than in the pictures!

Amazing property It was excactly like the website described. Well thought out property giving eveyone stunning views. Gardening staff starting later in the morning as people are on holiday. Also paddle boards and Kayakas too difficult for people to remove and put back on the wracks.

Amazing! TKCA anticipated our every need which greatly enhanced our vacation experience. The small touches such as providing grill utensils, snorkeling gear and super responsive assistance made all the difference. It was definitely worth the money and we certainly will be back!
